Yeah, that's right, you heard me. We're going to stuff a pasta. I'm sure you've eaten your fair-share of ravioli in your lifetime, and I'll show you how to do it. I'll even let you in on some secrets (shhhh...stuffed pasta isn't always a ravioli...discuss).

Oh! The sauuuce! I'm not Italian, but if I had an Italian nona with me in this she'd be of course insisting on the sauce.

Understanding Flavor

This, ladies & gents is my epitome of flavor. I say that with all confidence in how many different cultural cuisines I've eaten, the flavors of Indian cooking are just out of this world. When I first learned how to cook it, I was sooo intimidated! Their flavor profiling is just so complex. But, once I got the hang of it, it all made sense. 

Ayurveda  

This is where it gets real fascinating. Indian cooking is known for its complex flavors, but did you know that its packed with tons of curative ingredients? I swear I could live of kitchari for weeks because of its nutritional value. I'm going to show you just how amazing this style of cooking can be with a delicious ayurvedic dish that you can whip up in half an hour, and have it for days.

Hooray for you! We'll take your favorite meat or vegetarian staple and turn it into a dish like you've never eaten. 

The extras, plus naan

Indian cooking always comes with a couple things to accompany a curry like a yogurt, or a chutney; a piece of naan bread or two. The rice! Yes, the amazing Indian rice with daal. If an Indian meal is your choice, lets blow it out of the water with the full thing.
